Admission requirements
You can be admitted to the master's distance learning programme if you have completed a first university degree with at least six theory semesters and a final grade of 2.5 or better at a university of applied sciences, university, or an equivalent institution. If you have a lower final grade, a case-by-case examination will be carried out.
A first university degree with a workload of 210 ECTS credit points. Applicants with fewer than 210 ECTS credit points can acquire the missing points during the MBA programme. One year of professional experience after completing the degree. If you do not have a first university degree, you have the option of being admitted through a suitability test if you have a university entrance qualification according to state law and can demonstrate at least three years of creditable professional experience with content-related connections to the course of study.Details
The MBA programme in Motorsport Management at the University of Kaiserslautern imparts comprehensive skills in the field of motorsport. The programme focuses on specific knowledge of the motorsport scene, as well as marketing, particularly sponsorship and brand management. Key qualifications such as personnel management and management techniques are also part of the curriculum.
The study programme is modular and follows the Blended Learning concept, which integrates various teaching methods such as written materials, e-learning units, and face-to-face seminars. The face-to-face events take place on weekends at the Nürburgring or alternatively in Zweibrücken or Augsburg.
