Deutsch Founded in 1995, the Center for Distance Learning in the University Consortium - zfh based in Koblenz is the largest provider of distance learning courses at universities of applied sciences with academic degrees nationwide. As the central academic institution of the states of Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Saarland, zfh cooperates with the 21 universities of applied sciences in the three states as well as cross-state with universities of applied sciences in Bavaria, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Brandenburg. The study repertoire in the zfh distance learning network comprises more than 100 distance learning offerings in business management, engineering, and social sciences, which can be taken as a complete course of study or as selected modules.
The degrees range from university certificates to bachelor's degrees to internationally recognized master's titles. The experienced team at zfh supports the universities in the development and implementation of distance learning courses, in the support of distance learning students, and in public relations. zfh is responsible for the maintenance and distribution of study materials and advises prospective students on distance learning.
