What will you study in the LL.M. Business & AI at E-Learning Group?
The programme is taught in German (Deutsch). If German is not your first language, you must be able to study and take exams at around C1 level. This is a career-focused Fernstudium – distance learning designed for working professionals – leading to the Master of Laws with 60 ECTS in 12 to 36 months.
You work through nine core modules that integrate business, law and artificial intelligence. Legal fundamentals for the digital economy come first: you learn the legal method in management and digitalisation and apply it to digital contract and liability law. This sets you up to interpret smart contracts, SaaS agreements and platform terms with a solid legal footing.
AI governance and regulation are a second pillar. You study data protection and AI regulation with a focus on GDPR and the EU AI Act, and connect this to corporate governance, compliance and digitalisation. The aim is to assess AI use cases in companies, manage risk and design compliant processes.
Management and finance provide the third pillar. You cover strategic management and digital innovation as well as finance and AI – from interpreting balance sheet, P&L and cash flow to using AI for better management decisions. You also develop your leadership and negotiation skills for the AI era.
Employment law completes the legal toolkit with labour and social law in a digital context, preparing you to address algorithmic management, platform work and hybrid work arrangements from an employer and employee rights perspective.

As a distance learner outside Austria or Germany, you pay in euros. International payment is typically handled by the provider directly; plan for any bank transfer or currency conversion charges from your side, as these are not part of tuition. Instalment options advertised via local banking partners may be restricted by country of residence; if you live outside Austria, expect to settle fees directly with the provider in euro-denominated payments.
