The general admission requirements include the general higher education entrance qualification (A-levels), the subject-specific higher education entrance qualification, or the university of applied sciences entrance qualification. Alternatively, a university admission authorization recognized as equivalent by the Hessian Ministry of Science and Art, or a passed university entrance exam (HZP) after two semesters of study, is also valid.

The Bachelor's programme in Logistics Management at Wilhelm Büchner University offers comprehensive training for a career in the growing logistics sector. Over 36 months, divided into six semesters, students are trained in planning, controlling, and optimizing logistical processes. The programme includes interdisciplinary basics in the STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), as well as specialized knowledge in Economics, Law, and Social Sciences. Emphasis of the course includes sustainability transformation and digitalization. From the second semester onwards, specific logistics-related topics such as procurement, production and distribution logistics, as well as supply chain management, logistics controlling, and big data are covered.

In the sixth semester, the programme offers the opportunity to specialize in one of eight subject areas, including material flow systems, transport systems, management of logistics systems, Logistics 4.0, digital production, digital transformation, digital business models, and product management. The course structure is organized into modules, allowing for flexible adaptation to individual educational goals.

The practical training is complemented by an introductory project, seminars, group projects, and a practical work phase. A final highlight is the bachelor's thesis with a colloquium.
