The Bachelor's degree programme in Software Engineering comprises seven semesters and combines solid theoretical foundations with a practical education.
Classes are conducted using interactive learning methods, practical projects, and close collaboration with the industry. About 20 percent of the modules offered are taught in English to prepare you optimally for an international career in the IT sector.
During the initial semesters, you will acquire fundamental knowledge in Software Engineering, including programming, algorithms, and data structures. In the advanced stages of the programme, you can deepen your knowledge in areas such as IT security, cloud computing, and machine learning. A mandatory internship in the fifth semester provides you with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience. You are free to choose your partner company regardless of location - whether within or outside Germany.
