You should hold a university degree or an equivalent qualification.

You need at least three years of professional experience post-graduation.

A strong performance in the ESMT Admission Test, GMAT, GMAT Focus, GRE, or GMAC Executive Assessment is expected. Some candidates may be granted a test waiver.

The Global Online MBA at ESMT Berlin is a modern programme that enables students to obtain an MBA degree fully online. It awards the same triple-accredited and globally recognised degree as in other MBA programmes. The programme offers a high degree of flexibility by allowing students to spread their study time over up to five years or a minimum of two years, depending on their needs.

The study is 100% online and can be completed from anywhere in the world. In addition to regular courses, students gain access to small, network-based online courses (SNOCs) offered by more than 30 schools in the GNAM network. ESMT's career services support students through online sessions to build essential career skills. Optional personal career coaching or international study experiences can also be added.
