The Impact MBA program offers two study options tailored to students' academic background and career goals:
90 ECTS Track: This track can be completed in 18 months and requires at least 180 ECTS from a bachelor's degree. 60 ECTS Track: This track can be completed in one year and requires at least 210 ECTS from previous degrees (e.g. an extended bachelor's or a master's).While both tracks cover core content, the 90 ECTS track offers three elective modules and the 60 ECTS track offers one elective module. Students can develop their own specialization by choosing modules that best fit their interests and goals—or follow a specialized program path.
The ToU study program consists of four phases:
Orientation Phase: Students begin by mastering the program's six competency areas. Their personal vision forms the basis for specialization, competency development, and mindset cultivation. Calibration Phase: In this phase, students deepen their knowledge by completing Impact Certificates in their chosen specialization area. A specialization does not need to be chosen in advance; it can be flexibly determined during the course of the program. Elevation Phase: This phase focuses on solving problems aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These challenges are co-designed and delivered with industry partners. Activation Phase: In this phase, students implement their innovative ideas. They work towards their project's goals, supported by peers, industry experts, and mentors.
