Admission requirements
In order to enroll directly in the course, you need to have a general university entrance qualification, a subject-specific university entrance qualification, or a university of applied sciences entrance qualification.
Don't have a high school diploma or vocational diploma?
Recognized advanced training and technical school diplomas (e.g. technician, master craftsman, business administrator, certified specialist, educator) in combination with a consultation entitle you to study.
If you do not have an advanced training or technical school diploma but have completed vocational training and work experience, you can start studying after successfully passing the university aptitude test.
German language skills for foreign students:
The university requires proof of German language skills from foreign students. There are several ways to provide evidence, such as:
- DSH-2 (German Language Examination for University Entrance)
- C1 according to CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
- TestDaF-Level 4 (Test Deutsch als Fremdsprache - German as a Foreign Language)
- a school-leaving certificate equivalent to a German university entrance qualification.
