These are the admission requirements for the Bachelor AI in Business
You can enroll in the Bachelor distance learning program AI in Business at IU International University (IU) if you provide us with your A-levels (general university entrance qualification), your technical college entrance qualification, or your subject-specific university entrance qualification.
Alternatively, you can enroll even without A-levels. The degree program without A-levels at IU is possible under the following conditions:
- You have successfully completed an advanced training course, for example, a training course to become a State-certified business administrator.
- Or you have completed a vocational training, for example, a training as an office clerk. After completing your training, you have worked in this profession full-time for at least 3 years. If your training does not match the thematic focus of the AI in Management distance learning program, you will first complete a trial study before being regularly enrolled.
In addition, you must also provide evidence of your English skills. You can demonstrate your English skills, for example, through a TOEFL (minimum of 80 points), via IELTS (minimum Level 6), through a passed Duolingo English test (minimum of 105 points), with a Cambridge certificate (at least grade B), or an equivalent certification. For example, you can choose one of 3 study models: In the full-time study, you need a total of 6 semesters, or 36 months, to complete the Bachelor's degree. In part-time study I, you study for 8 semesters until graduation. Or you opt for part-time study II and take 12 semesters to complete the Bachelor's.
You will receive study materials at IU with every module registration as printed study materials. All materials are, of course, also available digitally. The IU Interactive Books are innovative learning scripts enriched with video clips and quiz questions at the end of a lesson. Depending on the module, study materials are complemented by podcasts, live tutorials, and video content in the form of so-called shortcasts. You can access the IU Interactive Books via the practical IU Learn app.
In many modules, virtual lectures are also offered, allowing you to interact interactively with your fellow students and lecturers.
Particularly convenient and flexible is the option to take module exams in the form of online exams. You can take an online exam 7 days a week, around the clock - and at a time that suits you best after preparing optimally, for example, for an exam in building construction. IU also operates around 40 exam centres in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, where you can also take your exams in person.
