After successful university entrance examination (HZP), we will change your status from guest auditor to regular student.
These are the study contents and the course of study
Your Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at WBH is structurally modular. This means you study thematically closed areas of study (modules) to which credit points are assigned according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). The number of credit points assigned to each module depends on the scope of the module and the associated workload. All credit points you earn will be credited to you, and you will receive confirmation of this. Your achievements are thus comparable and recognised – also internationally.
The course is structured as follows:
- 1st Semester: Mathematics I, Technical Mechanics I, Basics of Computer Science, Introduction to Engineering Practice, Building Materials Science with Laboratory
- 2nd Semester: Mathematics II, Basics of Business Management and Legal Foundations, Structural Engineering, Technical Drawing and CAD, Building Physics and Technical Building Equipment
- 3rd Semester: Communication and Management, Hydraulic Engineering, Construction Operations, Structural Statics I, Construction and Procurement Law
- 4th Semester: Structural Engineering I, Transport I, Urban Water and Waste Management, Digital Construction and Planning, Surveying
- 5th Semester: Geotechnical Engineering I, Structural Engineering II, Steel Construction I, Transport II
- 6th Semester: Timber Construction I, Calculation/AVA with Laboratory, Focus Module I - II
- 7th Semester: Focus Module III, Elective Module, Engineering Science Project, Bachelor Thesis and Colloquium
