Admission requirements

General university entrance qualification (Abitur), subject-specific university entrance qualification, or university of applied sciences entrance qualification is required. Alternatively, a university admission qualification recognized as equivalent by the Hessian Ministry of Science and Art may be sufficient. Passing the university entrance examination after two semesters of study is also an option.

  • A qualified degree, such as the award of a master craftsman's certificate, qualification as a specialist business administrator, or completion of a technician examination, allows for admission without further examinations.
  • For professional qualification, at least a three-year training program with a final grade of 2.5 or better and an intermediate school leaving certificate are required. Additionally, two years of full-time professional experience must be demonstrated.
