These are the requirements for the Bachelor of Technical Business Administration
For the B.Sc. Technical Business Administration at Wilhelm Bücher University, there are various access options:
Access option No. 1: You have the general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), the subject-specific higher education entrance qualification, or the subject-specific higher education entrance qualification.
Access option No. 2: You hold a university admission qualification recognized as equivalent by the Hessian Ministry of Culture (e.g. a master's degree or a degree as a state-certified technician).
Access option No. 3: Studying as an auditor: You start your guest studies at our university without the three access options mentioned above and take the university entrance examination after 2 semester of performance. For this, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You have completed a vocational training of at least two years regulated by the Vocational Training Act, the Crafts Code, or federal or state law in a field related to the desired course of study.
- You have subsequently worked for at least two years full-time in a field related to the desired course of study.
If you aim for a course of study that is not related to the completed training or professional activity, the knowledge acquired through training and professional activity must be expanded or deepened by qualified further training with a duration of at least 400 hours in a field related to the desired course of study.
After successfully passing the university entrance examination, we will change your status from auditor to regular student.

Your Bachelor's degree in Technical Business Administration at the WBH is structured in a modular way. You will study thematically self-contained subject areas (modules) to which credit points are assigned according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). The number of credit points assigned to each module depends on the scope of the module and the associated workload. All credit points you earn will be credited to you, and you will receive a certificate for them. Your achievements are comparable and recognised internationally in this way.

- 3rd Semester: Academic Writing and Communication, Organization and Project Management, Elective Area I, Natural Science and Engineering Fundamentals, Production Process and Planning
- 4th Semester: Intercultural Competence and International Management (Part 1), Marketing and Technical Sales, Information Processing and Technology, Logistics Systems, Seminar
- 5th Semester: Intercultural Competence and International Management (Part 2), Communication and Leadership, Compact Electrical Engineering, Information Management, Project Work
- 6th Semester: Elective Area II, Elective Area III, Bachelor's Thesis and Colloquium
