The modular structure of the programme, supplemented by elective modules, allows for an individual focus and deepens practical knowledge. Through close collaboration with experienced professionals and subject matter experts, students gain insight into operational processes. The fourth semester includes a special practical transfer module, which includes a management simulation game and qualification-specific integration projects, among other things.

With a master's degree, graduates have excellent career prospects in the management of industrial and service companies.
