Admission requirements
You can be admitted to the master distance learning programme if you have completed a degree in engineering or natural sciences (at least six theoretical semesters) with a final grade of 2.5 or better at a university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent institution. If you have a final grade lower than 2.5, a case-by-case examination will be conducted.
To reach the master's level, 300 ECTS credits are required, taking into account the first university degree. Since you will earn 90 ECTS credits in the MBA programme, the first university degree should have a workload of 210 ECTS credits. Applicants with fewer than 210 ECTS credits have various options to acquire the missing ECTS credits during the MBA programme.
In addition, you need one year of work experience after completing your studies and proof of English language proficiency at the European reference level. This proof can also be provided by the end of the first semester of distance learning.
If you do not have a first university degree, you can be admitted to the programme through an aptitude test.
Admission to the aptitude test requires:
University entrance qualification according to state law (university entrance qualification, technical college entrance qualification, qualified vocational qualification (overall grade max. 2.5), or master's degree or equivalent qualification) as well as at least three years of relevant professional experience that demonstrates sufficient thematic relevance to the chosen programmeThe master's programme consists of a workload of 90 ECTS credits. Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the internationally recognised academic degree Master of Business Administration (MBA).
