Admission requirements
You either need the general university entrance qualification (A-levels), the subject-specific higher education entrance qualification, or an education recognized as equivalent, such as a completed apprenticeship with three years of professional experience or a successfully completed advanced vocational training.
You should currently be in employment, undergoing company training, a trainee program, or a voluntary internship. If this is not the case at the moment but is planned for the future, you should contact the FOM study advisory service to check individual admission requirements.
Details
The Bachelor's degree programme in Tax Law at FOM University prepares students comprehensively for a career in the field of tax law. The programme combines in-depth expertise in tax law with business management fundamentals. The programme is designed for professionals and trainees who are already working in the field of tax law or who wish to qualify for a career in this area.
The degree consists of a total of seven semesters and comprises 180 ECTS points. During the course of the programme, students delve deeply into topics such as income tax law, value-added tax law, procedural law, as well as the preparation and analysis of financial statements. Additionally, they learn about the impact of tax regulations on businesses and how digital transformation is changing the tax system.
