The Bachelor distance learning programme in Legal Studies for Notarial Specialists, offered by Wismar International Graduation Services GmbH (WINGS), introduces participants to legal work and covers a variety of relevant topics. The programme lasts for 48 months and amounts to a total of 180 ECTS credits.
Course content includes, among others: civil law and civil procedure law, property and land registry law, notarial law and official law, family law, notary fee law, commercial law and corporate law, inheritance law, international private law, insolvency law, labor law and social law, basics of business administration, balance sheets, business management, contract drafting, human resources management, investment and financing, tax law, industrial property rights and competition law, controlling, academic research and writing, as well as rhetoric and negotiation skills. This is complemented by practical transfer modules, various elective modules, and the completion of a Bachelor's thesis.
The programme also includes an optional weekend seminar to promote the exchange and practical application of the acquired knowledge. At the end of the programme, graduates receive the title "Bachelor of Laws". The programme is aimed at notarial specialists who wish to deepen their knowledge in the field of legal studies and obtain an academic degree.
