Admission requirements
- In order to participate in the Bachelor distance learning programme in Legal Studies for Legal Specialists, applicants must have a general higher education entrance qualification, a subject-specific higher education entrance qualification, a university of applied sciences entrance qualification, or an equivalently recognized advanced training qualification.
- As examination requirements, a university of applied sciences entrance qualification, a general higher education entrance qualification, or a subject-specific higher education entrance qualification, as well as the completion of the advanced training examination for Legal Specialist, are required.

The Bachelor distance learning programme "Law for Legal Specialists" is offered by Wismar International Graduation Services GmbH (WINGS). This distance learning programme extends over a period of 48 months and comprises a total of 180 ECTS.
The course contents of the programme include an introduction to legal work, civil law and civil procedural law, enforcement law, cost law RVG, office management, international private law, personnel management, commercial and company law, inheritance law, business software systems, family law, property law and land registry law, practical transfer module, insolvency law, labour and social law, basics of business administration, accounting, business management, contract design, investment and financing, tax law, industrial property rights and competition law, controlling, scientific work and writing, rhetoric and negotiation skills, elective module, as well as the preparation of a Bachelor's thesis.
The course provides students with the opportunity to acquire sound knowledge in the field of law and prepare for the profession of legal specialist. In addition to professional knowledge, soft skills such as rhetoric, negotiation skills, and scientific work are also taught.
The programme also includes an elective module, which allows participants to individually adapt their focus of study. By combining compulsory and elective subjects, students receive a broad legal education that prepares them for their professional career.
Upon successful completion of the programme, participants are awarded the academic degree "Bachelor of Laws" and are thus qualified for a variety of professional fields in the field of law.
