Admission requirements

The access to the further education Master's programme "Business Law for Corporate Practice" at Saarland University is possible both with and without a first university degree. Applicants with a first university degree must have successfully completed a university degree, but not necessarily the first legal examination. Evidence of at least one year of relevant (i.e. legal) professional experience after the first university degree is required. Applicants without a first university degree must demonstrate university admission eligibility in accordance with § 77 (2) SHSG as well as at least three years of relevant legal professional experience. In the case of applicants without a first university degree, passing an aptitude test is necessary. The degree programme has open admission, no NC, and only starts in the winter semester. Additionally, it is possible to gain access without completing a first university degree, if at least one year of professional experience in the relevant field is demonstrated.
