The Master of Laws in Business Law in the distance learning programme at the University of Applied Sciences South Westphalia in Hagen is aimed at students with a professional qualification in areas such as economics, natural sciences, engineering, or humanities. This part-time course lasts for 5 semesters and provides expertise in business law as well as interdisciplinary problem-solving skills.

Students complete modules in the fields of law and economics, including management competencies. Additional modules cover topics such as business transaction techniques, mediation, and specializations like International Business Law, Competition Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Labour Law.
