Admission requirements

For the dual Bachelor's degree in Sports Business Management, it is required that a vocational training agreement has been concluded with a sports-specific company beforehand. In addition, a general (academic) high school diploma or an equivalent qualification must be provided.

Even without a high school diploma, the bachelor's programme can be attended; for this, a minimum of 2 years of vocational training plus 3 years of professional experience or a master craftsman's certificate or an advanced training qualification is required.

The dual Bachelor's degree in "Sport Business Management" prepares you flexibly and practically for a successful entry into the sports industry. Upon completion of this distance learning course, you will have an integrated understanding of the diverse sports economy and recognize economic connections. You will also acquire technical, methodological, social, and communicative skills and be able to successfully apply them at the national and international levels.

Content:

This distance learning course focuses on business-related, management-oriented, and legal basic knowledge as well as industry-specific and cross-sport study contents. The foundation is laid by modules such as "Introduction to Accounting", "Marketing", "Business Management and Personnel Management", and "Business Ethics". Through industry-specific study contents such as "Digitalization in Sports", "Association and Club Management", "International Sport Business", and "Sports Marketing", you will become an industry expert in the sports sector. We also offer you a wide selection of exciting elective modules so you can tailor your studies to your interests. Part of the selection includes, for example, "e-Sport Management", "Football Management", "Sport Event Management", "Sport Psychology", "Management in Equestrian Sports", and "Sports Retail Management".

With the monthly training salary, which is usually covered by the training company, you are already financially independent during your studies.
