Admission requirements
First university degree:University degree in social work, social pedagogy or another relevant degree for social work with a final grade of at least 2.3 Professional experience:
Proof at the beginning of studies of at least one year of relevant professional experience after the first university degree. An internship will be credited. For a different degree than social work / social pedagogy, a minimum of two years of professional experience is required.
Since this is a postgraduate, part-time master's programme, professional experience during the studies is required.

The course aims to provide comprehensive skills to professionals in social work, enabling them to identify, analyse, and competently manage structuring and leadership tasks at different levels of hierarchy in social work facilities. The structuring and leadership tasks that professionals must analyze and manage arise from economic, legal, social policy, personnel, and organizational perspectives.
