Admission requirements

First degree from a recognized German or equivalent foreign university
 
or
 
as equivalent to the first university degree (without initial studies/without bachelor's), at least six years of relevant professional experience is considered.
 

In addition, the following additional qualifications are desirable: Knowledge in the field of psychology (e.g. social psychology, business psychology), leadership, coaching, NLP, systemic counseling, communication skills.


Applicants without a first academic degree will be required to take a written admission test (essay) and a video recording examination.

In this course MSc Behavioral and Organizational Psychology you will be provided with the necessary business management and psychological knowledge to enable a comprehensive understanding and strategic alignment towards tasks within your own professional activities, as well as to acquire current and practice-oriented expertise and apply it to relevant questions of professional practice.

 

By deepening your knowledge in business psychology, developing your communication and negotiation skills, and expanding your own competence through the application of current approaches and methods, you will be enabled to act efficiently.

 

In the distance learning course on Behavioral Psychology and Organizational Psychology, you will engage with current research and application topics, as well as with issues related to the "workplace of the future" to strengthen your analytical and argumentative skills.
