What are the formal admission requirements?
To be admitted to the MSc distance learning programme in Behavioural and Organisational Psychology, you must meet one of the following criteria:
- First university degree (at least Bachelor’s level) in a relevant field or
- At least six years of relevant, qualified professional experience in areas such as social work, personnel, organisation, management, consulting, therapy or related fields without a first degree

What is the procedure and structure of this distance learning course?
The course is part-time, completely online and designed for maximum flexibility. It comprises 90 ECTS credits and can be completed in one to two years. After signing the contract, you immediately gain access to the learning platform and can start self-study. The workload amounts to about 10 to 25 hours per week, with modules completed independently at your own pace.
- Time-independent learning: You organise your study times independently and are not bound to any attendance dates.
- Learning platform: Study materials, recorded lectures, exercises and literature are available digitally at all times.
