Admission requirements
For the Master's programme in Counselling & Coaching (M.A.), applicants must have completed a university degree or an equivalent qualification (at least a Bachelor's degree with 180 credit points). Furthermore, applicants should be able to demonstrate at least one year of practical or professional experience, as well as have a humanistic understanding and an ethical view of humanity.
Recognition possibility: With a certification as a Systemic Counsellor or Systemic Coach from the DGSF and SG umbrella organisations, up to 18 ECTS credits can be recognised.

The 4-semester Master's programme in Systemic Counselling & Coaching teaches theories, concepts, and methods of systemic counselling and coaching. You will delve deeply into psychological subject areas, as well as the promotion of processes of change – within systems and with them – and provide you with comprehensive systemic methodological knowledge to reopen the closed doors of your clients' competency areas.
Supervision and reflection of your own coaching and counselling cases are a crucial part of the distance learning programme. You can perfectly combine systemic practical orientation and scientific rigor.
