A central element is specialisation: You choose one of five current application focuses, for example Leadership & Decision-making, Sustainability & Resource Orientation, Communication & Counselling, Work & Education, or Risk Perception & Management. Within your focus area, you deal, for example, with leadership concepts, sustainable behaviour, digital communication, or risk communication. Additionally, you can sharpen your expertise in three of nine supplementary modules, such as neuropsychology, political psychology, or applied diagnostics.

How is the course structured and organised?
The distance learning course is designed flexibly and can be completed in 24 months (full-time) or 32 months (part-time). A free extension of up to 12 or 16 months is possible. You can start at any time. The organisation takes place entirely online via Euro-FH’s modern campus, supplemented by study letters, digital learning formats, online tutorials, webinars, and teaching videos. During your studies, you use the AI learning assistant KILEA for individual support.
The attendance requirements include eight seminar days on site as well as eight online seminar days, which specifically link theory and practice and enable exchange with lecturers and other students. You take examinations flexibly every month either online or at nationwide examination centres. The multi-week internship with supervision by psychologists is also part of the curriculum and provides practical experience and reflection.
Flexibility is reflected in the individual choice of focus areas, supplementary subjects, and self-determined learning and examination planning. Intensive tutorial and study support ensures guidance throughout your entire studies.
