To be admitted to the Bachelor's degree programme in Psychology, you need one of the following qualifications:

  • General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), subject-specific higher education entrance qualification or advanced technical college entrance qualification
  • Alternatively: a vocational advancement qualification regulated by state law (e.g. master craftsman’s certificate, specialist business administrator or equivalent qualification)
  • Or: university entrance without Abitur via a trial study period or after at least one year of successful study at a recognised university in Germany
There is no numerus clausus (NC) – the final grade does not matter. For the recognition of qualifications already obtained (e.g. training in therapy or social professions), ECTS credits can be recognised and the duration of study shortened.

All models include a free extension of the study period by an additional 36 months. If you can demonstrate relevant prior learning from vocational training or further education (e.g. as a physiotherapist or educator), recognition of up to 24 ECTS is possible – this reduces the tuition fees by up to €960.

  • All digital learning materials, licence fees, and tools are included in the price; there are no hidden additional costs.
  • Financing is possible via instalments, educational loans, tax deductibility of costs, and, if applicable, funding programmes.
