This distance learning Master's programme is ideal for individuals who have already completed a degree and wish to deepen their psychological knowledge while working. The programme offers comprehensive training in methodological and diagnostic skills and allows for specialisation in the areas of occupational and health psychology.

Graduating with a Master of Science degree qualifies graduates for both the practical application of theoretical knowledge and for a doctorate.

Students learn how to apply their psychological knowledge in various contexts, from clinical psychology to personnel psychology to health promotion.

Course content includes topics such as advanced statistics, personality and motivational psychology, social psychological processes, advanced psychological diagnostics, communication techniques, and project management.
