For the Bachelor's degree in Digital Learning and Educational Management at EHiP, there are three official access routes:
- Direct access with (subject-specific) university entrance qualification:
- General university entrance qualification (A-levels)
- University of Applied Sciences entrance qualification
- Subject-specific university entrance qualification
- Studying without a traditional university entrance qualification through a relevant professional development qualification:
- e.g. professional development qualifications such as specialist business administrator, business economist, technician, master craftsman, certified accountant, and business manager
- Studying without a traditional university entrance qualification with professional training:
- At least a two-year completed vocational training and up to three years of relevant work experience in the field of education, human resources development, e-learning, or related fields. This qualifies for a trial study according to §58 (3) LHG (state higher education law Baden-Württemberg).
There is no NC (numerus clausus). The course can start at any time -- all examinations are completed fully online, independent of location and flexible in terms of time.
Personal prerequisites include self-motivation, openness to digital media and new ways of learning, organizational skills, as well as an affinity for technology and (educational) management. Initial (professional) experiences or interest in the field of education, human resources development, media pedagogy, adult education, or digital transformation processes are helpful but not mandatory. Working independently and being willing to regularly engage in online learning content on your own facilitate your study routine.
