Details
The diversity of children, adolescents, and adults, as well as the necessity and possibilities of equal opportunities and thus the organization of social inclusion (inclusion), are increasingly accepted in our society.
Inclusion is simultaneously a guiding principle, attitude, and method on the path to valuing and utilising the diversity of all those involved.
The personnel of social institutions require knowledge and skills for respectful and target-oriented handling of diversity in order to fully exploit their own potential and that of their target groups in their practice.
In response to the growing demand for inclusion professionals, the University of Neubrandenburg launched the part-time further education master's programme "Organizational Development and Inclusion." It started for the fourth time in the summer semester of 2020.
This 5-semester course provides the competencies of an inclusion-oriented practice and organizational development in facilities, companies, and the administration of education, upbringing, support, and promotion.
