In order to be admitted to the degree programme, you must have a first professional qualifying university degree as well as relevant professional experience of at least one year or a professional qualification with a passed aptitude test at the ZFUW.

The Master of Arts programme Inclusion and School qualifies you to develop and implement inclusive structures in schools. It is aimed particularly at leaders in the education sector such as school principals, educators, and teachers who wish to specialise in inclusive education.
The course content includes anthropological foundations, specific pedagogical methods and curriculum development in the context of inclusion, as well as legal and political dimensions. Additional modules cover learning assessment, the development of inclusive schools, and the necessary management for dealing with students with disabilities in an inclusive environment.
