Mandatory modules include innovation in animal production, project management, self-organization and personality, strategic management and controlling, innovation in plant production, financing, communication and negotiation, personnel management, agricultural policy and agricultural law, technologies in corporate management, marketing, law for executives, as well as a master's thesis and colloquium. Elective modules include digitalization in agriculture, quality assurance and management in agriculture, and public relations.
The distance learning program is complemented by on-site phases that take place on weekends in blocks. These serve for exchange with fellow students and instructors. In the fifth semester, the master's thesis is worked on.
