The Bachelor's degree programme in Food Management and Technology is aimed at professionals in the food industry who want to expand their expertise with business and technological skills. The programme combines content from natural sciences, business administration, and management theory to be prepared for the increasing demands of consumers and stricter legal regulations. A particular focus is on imparting knowledge in the areas of biology, microbiology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics to fully understand food technological processes and procedures.
Students acquire expertise in the production, preservation, and packaging of food. They are taught food law regulations and quality management.
