STUDY CONCEPT & STUDY CONTENT
What to expect in the course
With the Nursing & Management programme, FHM has academized the traditional training for nursing professionals and complemented the practical training on patients and/or older people with evidence-based competencies. A central content point is the profession-specific training, which is based on the broad practice in the nursing profession and where, starting from the theoretical training, you apply the acquired knowledge using case studies in so-called Skills Labs and in real professional life in the integrated practical phases. The profession-specific training is complemented by knowledge in the field of empiricism. You learn to critically reflect on and question your actions and work in nursing practice, and complement them with current developments from nursing science.
