What formal admission requirements apply?
For the Bachelor’s distance learning course in Nursing Management (B.A.) at Euro-FH, you can enrol both with and without A-levels (Abitur). The following admission routes apply:
- With A-levels or equivalent university entrance qualification: General or subject-specific university entrance qualification entitles direct enrolment.
- Without A-levels, but with subject-specific advanced training examination: For example, master craftsman examination, certified specialist in health or social services, state-certified technician, business administrator, or a comparable qualification.
- Without A-levels, with completed vocational training: At least two years of recognised vocational training in the relevant field plus at least three years of professional experience. Suitability will be assessed in a brief consultation.
If you have already completed training in nursing or obtained previous achievements – for example, from a prior degree or further training – these credits can be recognised individually. This enables a shortening of the study period and reduces costs.
On a personal level, you should bring the following qualifications:

Which professional skills does the Bachelor's degree in Nursing Management impart?
In the distance learning programme Nursing Management (B.A.) at Euro-FH, you combine key management and leadership skills with comprehensive knowledge from nursing practice. You acquire extensive expertise in business administration, organisational development and related areas. In addition, you engage with nursing science fundamentals, ethics and health-related topics. A particular focus is on culturally sensitive care – you learn to communicate and lead professionally with care recipients from diverse backgrounds as well as with international staff.

The Bachelor's degree in Nursing Management is designed as a part-time distance learning programme and comprises 180 ECTS credits. The standard period of study is 36 or 48 months; a free extension of 18 or 24 months is possible.
