  • In the first and second semesters, 60 ECTS from your completed 3-year nursing training are credited; the entry modules are waived.
  • From the third semester onwards, you take part in the university’s distance learning modules. The presence phases take place in block format (usually 3–4 blocks of 15 days per semester) on the campus in Jena, enabling personal exchange with lecturers and fellow students.
  • Each semester includes 1–2 examination or written test days in Jena.
  • Self-study forms a significant part. Digital learning offerings via platforms such as Moodle and StudIP support your location- and time-independent learning.
