In order to begin the degree programme, you must meet the following formal requirements:

• Completed three-year training as a Medical Assistant (MFA), Dental Assistant (ZFA), or Veterinary Assistant (TFA)
• Alternatively: Proof of a valid training contract in the mentioned profession and successful completion of the first year of training
• AND additionally one of the following options:
  • general university entrance qualification or
  • subject-specific university entrance qualification or
  • advanced technical college entrance qualification or
  • a recognised advanced training qualification (e.g. IHK Specialist Business Administrator), a passed trial study period, or at least one year of successful study at a German university (studying without Abitur [school-leaving qualification] possible)
• No Numerus Clausus (NC): Admission is granted regardless of the Abitur grade average

• Practice-specific Management: You learn to plan, control and optimise complex care processes – from team development to personnel management and organisational leadership.
• Digital Transformation in Healthcare: The use and implementation of digital technologies such as telemedicine and digital process optimisation are central components.
• Case and Care Management: You develop competences in coordinating care pathways and interprofessional collaboration.
