The course is aimed at doctors (medical practitioners) with at least two years of professional experience, who aspire to leadership positions such as senior physician, chief physician, or positions in hospital administration. The program combines medical practice with economic understanding, which is not typically taught in medical studies. Special emphasis is placed on the development of leadership competencies and actively shaping healthy work environments for interdisciplinary teams in healthcare.
