- Language of instruction: German. You must demonstrate sufficiently high German proficiency to follow lectures, complete assessments and participate in labs; international applicants should expect C1-level requirements according to university policy.
- Study format: blended learning with mandatory classroom times at Hochschule Kaiserslautern, location Zweibrücken. You must be able to attend on site during lecture periods.

- You need a 100% online degree with exams you can take outside Germany. This programme has compulsory on-site phases and campus-based assessments in Zweibrücken.
- You do not have advanced German. Teaching, materials and exams are in German, and you must follow medical and technical content in German.
- You cannot travel to Germany for attendance blocks or exams; short study visits are integral to the format.
- You seek a pathway to become a medical doctor or another regulated clinical profession; this is a biomedical sciences degree, not a medical licence.
