The distance learning Master's programme in Health Management is offered by Wismar International Graduation Services GmbH (WINGS). This programme is designed for healthcare professionals who wish to expand their management competencies.

The course contents include basic aspects of health economics and politics, legal framework conditions in healthcare companies, personnel management, leadership, strategic management, marketing management, financial management, organization and process management in healthcare institutions, controlling, management techniques, research methods, elective modules, as well as case studies on strategic and operational management in healthcare facilities.

Students will learn quantitative and qualitative methods of empirical research as well as the theory of science and methods of scientific work. The curriculum also includes the preparation of a Master's thesis.

The distance learning programme spans over 24 months and requires a total of 90 ECTS credits. The presence seminars take place for four days to foster exchange between lecturers and students.
