The course qualifies you to become a specialist in prevention, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating health-promoting measures in the central areas of movement, nutrition, and relaxation/stress management.

This course opens up a wide range of professional opportunities in the traditional healthcare sector, such as in medical practices or with health insurance companies, as well as outside the medical care sector, for example in fitness and health clubs or in the field of Corporate Health Management.

You will acquire skills in health management from both a health and social science as well as an economic perspective.

Furthermore, you will gain specialized knowledge in the prevention of lifestyle-related health problems and diseases.

You will be prepared for the development, implementation, and evaluation of concepts and strategies for health promotion and prevention for various target groups and environments.
