To be admitted to this dual-offered distance learning programme, you need to provide proof of university entrance qualification. In addition to the general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or advanced technical college entrance qualification, the following routes also qualify for admission:
- Qualification as a master craftsman, specialist, technical college diploma, or a comparable professional further training qualification
- In case of only the school-based part of the advanced technical college entrance qualification: proof of the still required practical part – internship companies can be named in consultation with the university
- Training contract with a company as well as a cooperation agreement between the training company and the university
- For qualified physiotherapists, it is possible to shorten the duration of study

In the Bachelor’s degree programme in Health Management at the German University for Prevention and Health Management (DHfPG), you will build comprehensive knowledge at the interface of health sciences, training theory, and management. Key content includes:

Structure of the Dual Distance Learning Course in Health Management
The Bachelor’s programme comprises 7 semesters (equivalent to 210 ECTS credits) and is designed as a dual course. The programme combines flexibly accessible distance learning with compact face-to-face sessions and practical work at the respective training company.
- Duration of Study: 42 months (7 semesters)
- Teaching Sessions: Compact face-to-face phases take place on a total of 61 days throughout the entire programme.
- Study Format: Distance learning with a strong practical orientation through close cooperation with a training company from the industry.
- Assessment: In addition to written assignments and exams, practical project work and presentations are carried out.
