Admission requirements
- Access route 1: A successfully completed Abitur, Fachhochschulreife, Fachgebundene Hochschulreife, Meisterprüfung, Betriebswirt, advanced training qualification or a comparable qualification, university degree, or an equivalent foreign higher education entrance qualification
- Access route 2: A completed, at least 2-year vocational training, at least 3 years of professional experience, and participation in further training events
- For access route 2, participation in an placement test is required, which takes place within the first 6 months of the course. Two exams must be passed, which are also part of the regular study plan

The Bachelor's degree programme "Healthcare Management" at the APOLLON University of Health Economics in Bremen provides key qualifications in the healthcare industry. The focus is on management competencies in the healthcare sector that require interdisciplinary functional processes. The programme aims to impart management competencies for leadership roles in middle management positions in the healthcare sector.
The programme is modular in structure and based on the ECTS system. It comprises a total of 180 credits, equivalent to a workload of 5,400 hours. The programme is offered on a part-time basis, either in a 48-month part-time variant (21-24 ECTS points per semester) or a 36-month full-time variant (29-31 ECTS points per semester).
