The Master's distance learning programme UX & Service Design (M.A.) qualifies you to design user experiences. You are passionate about the management and design of user experiences and want to develop top-notch services. The programme is aimed at individuals who have completed a Bachelor of Arts and are interested in both the management and design of user experiences. The standard period of study is three semesters, with a free extension possible to extend the standard study period. The programme can be started at the beginning of each month and the tuition fees start from €549 per month.

During the course, you will learn how to design interactions with digital systems and can set your own priorities through individual projects. The programme combines innovation, technology, management, and customer orientation. In addition to theoretical content, it places a strong emphasis on practical aspects, allowing you to apply your expertise in real projects. Potential leaders learn how to organize and control design processes, as well as adjust or develop methods from both disciplines according to current demand.
