The Bachelor's degree programme in Real Estate Management is intended exclusively for individuals who have already successfully completed training as a real estate agent in Germany.
Evidence of one of the following higher education entrance qualifications enables direct access:
- General or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (A-levels) and training as a real estate agent (DQR 4) in Germany
- University of Applied Sciences entrance qualification (academic and practical parts) and training as a real estate agent (DQR 4) in Germany
Alternatively, you can also enroll without A-levels. Enrolment without A-levels at IU is possible under the following conditions:
- Completed training as a real estate agent (DQR 4) in Germany and at least 3 years of full-time work (FTE) as a real estate agent or
- Completed training as a real estate agent (DQR 4) in Germany and successfully completed qualification as a certified real estate specialist (DQR 6) in Germany or
- Completed training as a real estate agent (DQR 4) in Germany and successfully completed qualification as a state-certified business economist specializing in housing industry and real credit (DQR 6)
Foreign students applying for the German-language study programme must provide proof of German language proficiency. The proof must be provided before the start of studies and is usually not more than five years old.
