Requirements for enrollment

With your degree in Sustainable Real Estate Management, you could work in areas such as real estate project development, real estate marketing or real estate management.

Entering the online course Sustainable Real Estate Management at Fresenius University is very straightforward: With a general university entrance qualification (A-levels), a general higher education entrance qualification or a subject-restricted higher education entrance qualification, you can enroll immediately and at any time.

It is also possible to enroll without A-levels, for example if you have completed a master craftsman's examination or a comparable professional advanced training examination, such as the state-certified technician or the state-certified business administrator. If you can demonstrate a minimum of two years of completed job-specific training and subsequent job-specific experience of at least two years, you can also enter the program through a university entrance examination.

By the way: If you have already completed a degree, you can save costs and time by having prior achievements recognized. In addition to academic achievements, achievements obtained outside of a university can also be credited.

The Fresenius University of Applied Sciences is convinced that exams are not always suitable for reflecting the actual competencies acquired by students. Accordingly, in the Bachelor's distance learning program in Sustainable Real Estate Management, no written exams are conducted!
