Regardless of educational background, a confident command of the English language at an academic level is required, as all courses and examinations take place online and entirely in English.

How is the MBA programme structured and organised?
The programme is designed over five semesters (90 ECTS) and takes place part-time completely online in English (C1 level required):
- Each semester includes several topic-centred courses, supplemented by a practice-oriented transfer project.
- Transfer projects are conducted in cooperation with companies or as individual projects; they are accompanied individually by a coaching team.
- The courses use online formats led by the professor and her team.
- The programme concludes in the fifth semester with the preparation of the master’s thesis and the final colloquium.
- There is no attendance requirement; the start of studies is possible each winter semester.
Through the close integration of theory and practice, you can directly transfer the study content to your current professional activity and receive individual support from experienced coaches.
