A first professional qualification - for the 90 ECTS track with 180 ECTS from a bachelor's degree, for the 60 ECTS track with 210 ECTS from earlier degrees such as a longer bachelor's or master's - and at least two years of work experience and English proficiency at B2 level.Admission to Tomorrow University is done through a structured and transparent process. The admissions team is available to applicants to answer all questions and guide them through the application process. The steps are as follows:

Upon admission, applicants sign the study contract and make an initial payment towards the tuition fees to secure their spot. Start of Studies
After completing the admission process, students begin their studies and become part of Tomorrow University's global learning community.
Students can have previous academic credits transferred to their studies at Tomorrow University. Depending on the subject and content, up to 50% of the ECTS credits of a program can be recognised, reducing the total duration and costs accordingly.

The four phases of studies at Tomorrow UniversityStudies at ToU are divided into four phases with different objectives. Students start with the "Orientation Phase", where they master the six competency areas of the program. Their personal vision forms the basis for specialization, competency development, and mindset cultivation.
In the "Calibration Phase", students deepen their knowledge by completing the Impact Certificates in their chosen specialization area. A specialization does not need to be chosen in advance; it can be decided flexibly during the course of the program.
The "Elevation Phase" focuses on solving problems aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These challenges are designed and delivered in collaboration with industry partners.
In the "Activation Phase", students bring their innovative ideas to life. They work towards the goals of their projects, supported by peers, industry experts, and mentors.

The MBA in Sustainability, Innovation & Leadership at Tomorrow University offers comprehensive hands-on training in sustainability, innovation, and leadership. The program's learning objectives are designed to strengthen participants' skills to act as effective leaders in sustainable development and innovation. Students are empowered to take on leadership positions and drive the shift towards more sustainable business practices.
The distance learning program is designed for a duration of 18 months in the 90 ECTS track and includes 3 additional elective modules that can be freely chosen or determined through one of the many specialization paths. The 60 ECTS track has a standard study period of only 12 months and includes 1 additional elective module.

Each 3-month module (Impact Certificate) is divided into shorter Challenges (3-week mini-modules). The weekly schedule includes asynchronous learning phases, optional events, and a mandatory live session per week.
The learning app is designed to ensure that students stay on track and complete their tasks on time. The mobile and desktop app seamlessly fits into everyday life, offering 7- to 30-minute learning units instead of lectures or recorded sessions.
Full-time and part-time options are available for the degree programs. Depending on the mode, the learning effort is approximately 10 to 25 hours per week, providing students with flexibility to balance their studies with professional or personal commitments.
At Tomorrow University, there are no traditional exams. Instead, the curriculum is based on a practical approach where students learn through real projects and directly apply their skills in industry-specific scenarios.
