These are the requirements for the MBA in E-Commerce

The MBA E-Commerce at Brand University is designed for professionals with initial experience in the field of online and mobile commerce who are planning their next career step.
The programme is designed for both specialists and executives, providing a solid education for demanding positions in leading brand companies.
There are two ways to qualify for the MBA programme in E-Commerce:
- Prior study and work experience: You need a completed bachelor's degree with at least 180 ECTS points and at least one year of work experience after obtaining your bachelor's degree.
- Professional experience and entrance exam: Alternatively, you can also apply without a bachelor's degree if you can demonstrate at least one year of relevant work experience and successfully pass an entrance exam.
The technical requirements include access to a PC and stable internet, as well as a webcam and microphone for examinations.
Procedure for the entrance exam for access to the MBA without a bachelor's degree
The entrance exam consists of a written exam and an oral exam, both of which are completed in one day.
Interested individuals can register online for one of the monthly exam dates via the registration form. The maximum number of participants per session is limited to 10 people.
Proof of at least one year of practical work experience is required for participation. Cancellation or rescheduling of the entrance exam is possible free of charge up to one week before the exam date.
A one-time fee of €200 is charged for the entrance exam, which also includes one retest. This fee will be refunded upon passing the exam and subsequent start of studies.
To prepare for the oral exam, Part 1 "Companies and Environment" and Part 2 "Marketing" from the 10th edition of "General Business Administration" by Thommen, Achleitner, Gilbert, Hachmeister, Jarchow, and Kaiser, as well as the accompanying workbook with review questions, serve as the basis for the exam questions.
The entrance exam is conducted online via MS Teams. At the beginning of the exam, participants must provide identification. Only the exam program window may be open during the exam. Headphones or aids may not be used.
The written exam takes place between 9:00 - 10:00 on the exam day, lasts a maximum of 60 minutes, and consists of questions on understanding and discussing a scientific article.
Following the written exam is the oral exam, which lasts a maximum of 45 minutes. Knowledge in general business administration and another field of study will be examined.
The exam is led by an examination committee, consisting of a professor as chairman and a part-time lecturer from the chosen course of study. The exam performance is evaluated as "passed" or "not passed."
After successful participation in the entrance exam, there are no more obstacles to starting the chosen MBA distance learning programme, and the exam fee will be credited within 6 months as part of the tuition fees.
