The Sales Management (MBA) programme is aimed at specialists, managers, and career changers who wish to expand their skills in the areas of marketing, sales, and leadership. Study contents:

General Management: Introduction to business concepts, change management, and supply chain management. Sales-oriented basic knowledge and specialization: Customer management and modern logistics concepts. External and internal accounting: Tools for cost-oriented planning and accounting. Controlling: Sales controlling and support for management decisions. Marketing management system: Brand management and digital marketing. Psychological fundamentals: Analysis of customer decisions and self-management. Key Account Management: Customer analysis and strategic planning. Legal standards: Fundamentals of commercial and sales law.
