Admission requirements
1. Applicants with a first university degree
Applicants with a first professional university degree and relevant professional experience of at least one year after completing their studies are eligible for admission.
The curriculum comprises 90 ECTS credits. Students whose first professional university degree comprises 180 ECTS credits can apply for recognition of professional experience worth 30 ECTS credits, resulting in a total of 300 credits for the Bachelor (first degree) and Master (postgraduate) degrees collectively.
2. Applicants without a first university degree
Applicants without a first university degree may also be admitted if they can demonstrate university entrance qualification and pass an aptitude test.
University entrance qualification is the qualification required to be eligible for admission to a course of study. In general, the university entrance qualification is the Abitur (general higher education entrance qualification). However, subject-specific higher education entrance qualifications or a vocational qualification may also entitle individuals to study under certain conditions.
