The part-time MBA distance learning programme at SRH Fernhochschule prepares students for demanding business management tasks. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, they have the best prerequisites for the next career step.

The target group consists of professionals with at least one year of work experience who want to acquire practical leadership skills to improve career and salary prospects and aim for a management position.

The programme offers an extensive education in various management disciplines. In addition to basics such as empirical social research and data analysis, the curriculum also includes specific topics such as project and change management, financial management, business decisions, and leadership.

Starting from the third semester, students choose a specialization tailored to their individual career goals. Possible specializations include Digital Business Management, Financial Management, Marketing, Innovation Management, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurial Risk Management.

The entire programme can be completed in both German and English.
