Admission Requirements

This MBA programme requires a professional qualifying university degree such as a Diploma, a State Examination, a Magister, or a Bachelor's degree with 240 ECTS in any field of study.

In addition, professional experience of at least one year is required.

If your first degree comprises less than 240 ECTS, you can make up the missing credit points through bridging courses at PFH Göttingen.

By the way, you can have prior learning recognised. For example, if you have completed an advanced training course to become a State-certified Business Manager - the contents of this training can possibly be credited towards the MBA distance learning programme, thus shortening the study period. With the MBA degree, you will acquire a total of 60 ECTS through the following study contents or modules:

  • 1st Semester: Business Management, Internal and External Accounting, International Marketing/Sales, International Management
  • 2nd Semester: Soft Skills, Controlling, Elective Module
  • 3rd Semester: International Economics, Master's Thesis and Colloquium

In the 2nd semester, you choose as a specialization module from this pool of topics: Corporate Finance, Accounting, Logistics Management, Education Management, E-Business, Health Management, Retail Management, Industrial Management, Tourism and Sports Management, Applied Business Psychology, Advanced Entrepreneurship.
